Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the following items for a full refund: books in their original condition and unopened media (DVD's and CD's) in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are not in a saleable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Include the invoice or packing slip with the
items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to:

Lost Your Invoice or Packing Slip?
If you do not have your invoice or packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address:
